Understanding the key dates in kitchen-equipment procurement notices

Identify the notice type

A project may produce procurement intentions, invitations, amendments, shortlists and award notices. Confirm the stage and read the full source documents.

Registration is different from submission

Some projects require documents to be obtained during a separate registration period. A future submission deadline does not necessarily mean that new suppliers can still register.

Distinguish the amounts

Budget, maximum price and award value refer to different stages. Check whether the amount includes installation, delivery, tax and support work.

A shortlist is not a registration invitation

Shortlist notices normally follow evaluation. Look for the public-notice period, objection procedure and subsequent award notice.

Return to the original platform

Summaries help identify opportunities but do not replace tender documents. Recheck attachments, technical requirements, amendments and the official submission address.
